  • Conducting IT security training courses with a focus on endpoint protection, mainly online
  • Imparting specialist knowledge on current threats and protective measures
  • Creating and adapting training materials
  • Advising and supporting our customers on technical issues relating to endpoint security
  • Occasional travel to other German-speaking European countries to conduct face-to-face training courses

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

CYBERSECURITY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Understanding of advanced cyber threats, attack vectors, and defense mechanisms
  • Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and secure network architectures
  • Experience with EDR/XDR solutions and endpoint protection strategies (preferably Trend Micro)
  • Understanding of cloud environment security
  • Knowledge of SIEM solutions, threat hunting, and forensic analysis
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH:
  • Network security and monitoring
  • Endpoint security
  • Threat detection & SIEM
  • Penetration testing and vulnerability analysis

  • Communication and presentation: Ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is understandable to people with different levels of knowledge
  • Practical exercises and demonstrations: Ability to teach training courses through demonstrations and to create and lead lab exercises
  • Problem solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems during training
  • Curriculum development: Ability to develop training materials, lab exercises, and practical scenarios based on use cases
  • Whiteboarding skills: Ability to visually present complex ideas in a clearly structured manner and to present technical concepts in an understandable way; adaptation to the understanding of the target group
